User Qualifications: Users registering with ComponentsSolution must be natural persons, legal entities, or other organizations with full capacity for civil rights and civil acts. User registration must adhere to the relevant requirements set by ComponentsSolution. Your ComponentsSolution account is non-transferable and cannot be sold to third parties. If the user improperly operates or discloses the account password, resulting in losses to third parties, the user may seek compensation from the infringer, and ComponentsSolution will not be held liable. ComponentsSolution reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at its discretion.

Data Submission: Registered users of ComponentsSolution are required to provide accurate, complete, and valid personal data to ComponentsSolution. Users must promptly update any changes to their personal data through ComponentsSolution. It is strictly prohibited for users to register multiple accounts based on the same enterprise information (including, but not limited to, business license, tax registration certificate, company name, etc.). If such registration is discovered and confirmed, ComponentsSolution has the right to seal and revoke the account, and shall not be held responsible for any resulting losses incurred by the user.
